Adrian Chaisson
Chief of Staff
Adrian Chaisson joined Genetix in June 2025 as Chief of Staff, where he is responsible for Corporate Development & Strategy, Business Development, Product Leadership, Corporate Communications, and Investor Relations. He has over 15 years of experience in biopharmaceuticals and genetic medicine, spanning drug discovery through global commercialization. He has led first-in-class genetic medicine programs through all phases of drug development—from research through clinical development, commercial launch, and post-approval execution—while simultaneously driving high-impact corporate development initiatives.
Prior to joining Genetix, Adrian held senior positions at Be Biopharma, FerGene, and bluebird bio, where he helped shape corporate strategy and lead Program Leadership & Program Management functions to advance novel genetic medicines and deliver on key business objectives. He began his career in strategy consulting, advising biopharmaceutical and healthcare executives on portfolio planning and operations.
Adrian earned his MBA from Clark University.
